SHIPPING INFO- Unites States

Orders to all 50 states and Puerto Rico are shipped USPS Priority Mail from the Post Office. Deliveries usually take 2-5 business days, but is not guaranteed by the Post Office. We ship most orders out of our warehouse within 24 hours unless otherwise noted.
If an item is unavailable or back-ordered, we will contact you via e-mail. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

SHIPPING INFO- Canada

Orders to Canada are sent First Class Mail or Priority Mail and can take 2 - 4 weeks depending on Canadian customs intervention. If an item is unavailable or back-ordered, we will contact you via email. UPS is available upon request but additional broker fees are collected by UPS.

                                    other than Canada we do not ship international orders.

PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Card Payments are accepted online, by telephone or by Fax.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Our system is very secure as we use the latest SSL technology.  If an item is back ordered, we will notify you by e-mail.

OR:  Fax an order form directly to us with credit card and order information.

OR:  Mail a Money Order along with an order form.

SALES TAX
There is No Sales Tax for orders shipped outside of New Jersey.

7% Sales tax will be added to orders shipped inside New Jersey..

Returns are accepted with the following conditions:

1. Return is shipped to us within 30 days of order date.
2. Merchandise is returned unopened, uncut, with original label, and in original condition
3. Not returnable: Wall Murals, Accent Murals, Door Murals, Poster Murals, Wallies Murals, Hand Painted Murals, Mid-size Murals.
4. We suggest using a delivery confirmation to insure that we receive your return.
5. A  20% restocking charge will be deducted from all acceptable returns.
6. Shipping costs are your responsibility.  We do not refund shipping costs.
7. A refund check or charge credit will be issued depending on original payment method.
8. Credit or refund will NOT be issued if any of these conditions are not met.

Mark your order number prominently on the outside of the package.

CREDIT/RETURN TIME
Please allow us some time to process your return. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive and process the returned or exchanged product back from you.  We will send an email that your credit is being processed.  All approved refunds are for the purchase price of the product only (less Handling charge) and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase. Orders paid by check will receive a refund check
